In 2008, Isabelle and I spent several months living in Nablus (Occupied Palestinian Territories). We volunteered at An-Najah National University and had the chance to travel around the West Bank.
We often found ourselves at weekly demonstrations (with local Palestinian activists and Israelis from Anarchists Against the Wall) against the expansion of Israeli settlements on land being annexed by ‘the Wall’.
